IFS-40-D – Tube Fired Gas Fryer
The IFS-40-D features 115,000 BTU’s and has four burners (versus the IFS-40 which has 105,000 BTU’s and 3 burners). The IFS-40-D provides faster heat recovery than the standard fryer model.
