Imperial 36″ Wafer Plate Electric Range
The wafer plate range offers characteristics similar to an induction range, specifically fast heat-up and precise temperature control. Unlike induction ranges you don’t need to use special cookware with the wafer plate ranges. It’s available in both Spec Series and Pro Series models.

Dormont Excess Flow Valve (EFV)
Continue to spec the best with the Dormont Commercial Excess Flow Valve (EFV). It is engineered to enhance safety in foodservice commercial kitchens through its innovative design. In the event of a gas line rupture or disconnection, the EFV detects the abnormal flow and automatically activates an internal valve to restrict gas flow, helping prevent the dangerous accumulation of gas within the space.
