Jackson AJ-100 Conveyor Dishmachine

The fully automatic AJ-100 conveyor dishmachine is available in electric or steam tank heat. A 25” standard height clearance accommodates larger wares, such as sheet pans and large bowls. The 36” pre-wash section utilizes specially designed upper and lower arms for excellent removal of food soil.

Adjust-A-Peak™ adjustable conveyor speed allows operator to extend wash time and rinse contact for heavy soil conditions
